The anouncement. (translations: Michelle Media Co, Ltd. wish like to announce about the trademark infringement on the logo. it is our mistake.)

The logo has been changed on August 18, 2011 due to a trademark claim from Viacom International Inc. The old logo was derived from The Fresh Beat Band 's official logo, but change the lettering in the logo. Prajim Leythaisong, the logo editor had announced that Viacom had filled the lawsuit aganist him, this damage costed him THB50,000,000, Leythaisong has been sent to prison for 1 year, while Jimbo Anderson helps Leythaisong off the prison. "This is our major mistake about using the logo owned by the respectiveful company of Viacom Int'l Inc. As this is Fresh Beat Band's parody, we need to made it similar to that. We didn't noticed that we had violate someone else's intelectual property rights such as copyright and/or trademarks, but we apologise for this inconvenience. As of now, we're ready to resolve this problem, and the another new logo will be unveil on August 18..

The FBB-derived logo has been dropped down from the title card on August 14 and replaced with the lettering. The lettering has been appeared on five episodes.
